In Fairfield County, Conn.–Gov. Dannel P. Malloy has issued a formal warning layoff notices to 45,700 to unionized state workers bargaining units, according to the Connecticut post.

In an effort to avoid layoffs, Malloy has giving department heads a week to offer cost-cut ideas the rising deficit,(A state budget deficit that maybe as high as $266 million) the post said.

Also, he offered suggestions, including $6 million in cuts through layoffs, but the Republicans are proposing a two-day unpaid furlough program that would save jobs.

Malloy is hoping to force union employees to renegotiate benefits that currently run until 2022, in an effort to save $100 million in the budget that starts July 1, the post reports.

What is interesting about everything manifesting is proof that the FED is truly out of bullets and can no longer sustain their ability to keep this system propped up.
