guncontrol

(NDAA) National Defense Authorization Act. What does this mean? It means, It gives the government absolute power to indefinitely detain anyone or any Americans suspected of terrorism. You no longer have the right to a lawyer or fair trial and this contradicts your sixth amendment of our constitutional writ and habeas corpus, which gives the writ, once arrested to be brought forth to see a judge in a court of law, assuring a prisoners release from unlawful detention- that is detention lacking sufficient cause or evidence. But the NDAA has reversed this law and our President, Barack Obama signed it into office on  December 31, 2011 and oddly enough, not many people have even heard of this act. And this was a promise made by the President while running for office that he would be “transparent”, but no one was aware of this provision. One thing that is certain is, history repeats itself, especially, when no one is paying attention to what’s unfolding. Thus, the reason certain political party’s are tirelessly trying to eliminate the 2nd amendment; our writ to bear arms. And the irony behind it is, of course sinister indeed but the scapegoat is; “Guns kill people”! Fortunately, people with an I.Q higher then plant life are aware that guns don’t kill people, people, kill people. I do not own a gun nor have I ever thought to get one but what does history teach us about not being able to bear arms? China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. The total to be exterminated is said to between 2-3 million people. Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, 1-2, million well educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, millions of people were exterminated. These are just a few examples of historical mass genocide in the 20th century because of gun control and there are many more. It is estimated to be more then 56 million people exterminated in 20th century, alone. Our writs are being high jacked away and people seemingly, either don’t have a clue or just don’t care because it’s something that isn’t currently effecting their lives but eventually, sooner rather then later, it will effect us all. What would it take to wake people up? We certainly do not need another mass genocide for an awaken. What will snap people into reality, which most seem aloof from or does it have to directly coincide with their consumer driven lives? We most be attentive to what’s happening around us and not be so eager to dismiss events as “conspiracies”, materializing. What other constitutional writs do you think or know our ‘political leaders” have seized?
